The Sam Davis Home is the family home and farm of Tennessee's "Boy Hero of the Confederacy, " Sam Davis. The land consists of 168 acres of the original 830-acre plantation. Sam Davis was serving as a member of the Coleman Scouts when he was captured by the Union army and accused of being a spy. He was executed at age twenty-one in Pulaski, Tenn., but his body was brought back and is now buried at the home in the family cemetery located in the backyard.
