Sarah Kay Bierle serves as education associate at the American Battlefield Trust and is a proud sibling and sister-in-law to U.S. Air Force Academy graduates. She received her bachelor's degree in history from Thomas Edison State University and is a published author dedicated to the study of the Civil War.
