The Ocklawaha Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution and the American Battlefield Trust are excited to feature the American Revolution Experience at the W.T. Bland Public Library from March 21 - April 5, 2025. The innovative pop-up exhibition includes display panels and interactive digital kiosks that use storytelling, illustration, technology and unique artifacts and primary accounts to connect modern audiences with the people and places that shaped the birth of our nation. 

The exhibit will be open to the public during the following hours:

  • Monday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Thursday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Friday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Sunday: 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Join us Friday, March 28, 2025 11 a.m. for a lecture with author and historian Dr. David Head of the University of Central Florida as he discusses “The American Revolution in Florida: Britain's Loyal Colonies Lost.”
