A Tribute to Their Memory - Car Caravan Tour

Shiloh National Military Park is pleased to announce a special car caravan on Saturday, October 19th. Join Ranger Anthony Killion for a two-hour exploration into the history of the monuments that dot the Shiloh Battlefield.

This program, entitled “A Tribute to Their Memory,” seeks to illuminate the history, symbolism, and meaning that can be found in the statues and markers erected on Shiloh Battlefield from the early 1900s until the present day.

If you would like to participate, please call the Shiloh Visitor Center at (731) 689-5696 to reserve a space. There is a limit of ten automobiles for this tour. Carpooling with friends or family is recommended. The program will start at 10:00 am at the visitor center located at 1055 Pittsburg Landing Road. Please come prepared for short walks over uneven terrain to access some of the monumentation and come dressed for the weather. Severe weather will cancel the tour.
