Appomattox Station Battlefield

A small, wood fence-enclosed area with wayside interpretive markers at the end of Jamerson Lane in the town of Appomattox preserves the site where Confederate artillery batteries held off attacking Union cavalry.

The American Battlefield Trust and our members have saved more than 45 acres at Appomattox Station Battlefield.
