Soldiers and Sailors Monument

Built in 1902, the monument honors Indiana natives who fought in the Revolutionary War, War of 1812, Mexican-American War, Civil War, Frontiers War, and Spanish-American War. This monument is only 15 feet shorter than the Statue of Liberty.
