Hotel for Annual Conference

Is there a host hotel for this conference?

  • The Omni Park House, located at 60 School Street, Boston, MA 02108. 617-227-8600.
  • Please follow the reservation link here or call the Omni Parker House-Boston to reserve your room. Our group rate is $279.00 per night (plus taxes & fees). If you call to receive the group rate, please mention that you are with the American Battlefield Trust at the time of booking. Please book before March 14, 2025, for this special room rate.

Getting to Boston

What are the travel options to get to Boston?

  • Logan International Airport (BOS) is 2.5 miles from the Omni Parker House. 
  • Other airports include Manchester (MHT) (44 miles away), Providence(PVD) (48 miles away), and Hyannis (HYA) (62 miles away).

What is the best way to get to the Omni Parker House once I arrive in Boston?

  • Uber or Taxi from Logan Airport would cost approximately $13 to $30, depending on the time of day and number of people being transported.
  • Boston’s MBTA train service located only one block from the hotel. 
    • From Logan Airport, take the Blue Line to State Street station, which is only a three-minute walk to the hotel. Fare is $2.90 each way. Bus #22 stops at Terminals A and B and the Airport subway station. Bus #33 stops at Terminals C and E and the Airport subway station. Take the Logan Airport Terminal A shuttle bus towards the loop. Take the Bus Walk 1 minute to the Airport Station and take the MBTA Blue Line to State Street, which is a two minute walk to the Omni Parker House.
    • All MBTA stations close to our hotel:
      • MBTA Park Street Station (Red or Green line) is a four-minute walk
      • MBTA State Street Station (Blue or Orange Line) is a two-minute walk
      • MBTA Downtown Crossing Station (Red or Orange Line) is a four minute walk

What are the parking options for staying at the Omni Parker House. 

  • Overnight valet parking with in-and-out privileges is $65 per vehicle, per night. Please note that there is a Late Exit fee of $20 if the car is left after 2 PM the next day. The garage can accommodate vehicles up to 6’8” in height. Guests with over-height vehicles should call the hotel prior to arrival for directions to other garages nearby that can accommodate their vehicle.
  • The closest nearby parking garage is Pi-Alley Garage, located 500 feet from the hotel at 275 Washington St, Boston MA 02108. Rates vary based on length of parking, time of day, and time of week. Can accommodate electric vehicles with charging stations through the ChargePoint network. Guests needing to charge their vehicle must self-park in this garage to use this service.

What is the registration fee?

The event registration fee is $850.00.

What is the refund policy?

  • On or before March 28, 2025 - 100% Refund 
  • March 29 - April 17, 2025 - 50% Refund 
  • April 18 & Beyond - 0% Refund 

What meals are included in the full registration fee?

As part of your registration, you are provided with the following meals:

  • Thursday The Welcome Reception includes appetizers, beer, wine, sodas and dessert.
  • Friday includes breakfast at the Omni Parker House before your tour, lunch on your tour, and a dinner banquet in the evening. 
  • Saturday includes breakfast at the Omni Parker House before your tour, lunch on your tour. Dinner will be on your own on Saturday evening. 
  • Sunday includes a breakfast buffet.

Will there be American Battlefield Trust merchandise for sale at the event?

  • No, we will not have merchandise for sale at the event. However, you can get your American Battlefield Trust "swag" on our online store here.

What is the attire during for the activities scheduled during the conference?

This is YOUR vacation, and we want you to be comfortable and casual. However, for particular events, we can suggest the following:

  • Thursday: Business Casual for Welcome Reception. (Leave the tie or heels in your room.)
  • Friday and Saturday Tours: Casual clothing with closed toed walking shoes. We strongly suggest long pants for battlefield tours.
  • Friday Evening: Business/Dressy attire.  (Jacket and Tie for men. Dress or slacks for women.)

Remember to check the weather and be prepared. We also recommend you bring a hat, umbrella or rain jacket, sunscreen and bug spray.
